About Richard A. Kraus, Associate

After receiving his bachelor’s degree with honors from the University of Chicago, Richard Kraus earned a master’s degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and participated in the Presidential Fellowship. Richard next attended Georgetown University Law Center, graduating with high honors in the top 10% of his class (Order of the Coif) and winning other awards for outstanding academic achievement. After law school, Richard worked as a junior associate at Zuckerman Spaeder as well as other projects. His litigation experience includes a variety of areas of law, including ERISA litigation, employment discrimination, anti-trust, and mergers and acquisition. He now focuses on helping consumers faced with the daunting difficulties presented by inaccurate consumer reporting and fair credit litigation as one solution.  He is admitted to the bar in New York State, as well as in federal court in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
