About Richard A. Kraus, Associate
After receiving his bachelor’s degree with honors from the University of Chicago, Richard Kraus earned a master’s degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and participated in the Presidential Fellowship. Richard next attended Georgetown University Law Center, graduating with high honors in the top 10% of his class (Order of the Coif) and winning other awards for outstanding academic achievement. After law school, Richard worked as a junior associate at Zuckerman Spaeder as well as other projects. His litigation experience includes a variety of areas of law, including ERISA litigation, employment discrimination, anti-trust, and mergers and acquisition. He now focuses on helping consumers faced with the daunting difficulties presented by inaccurate consumer reporting and fair credit litigation as one solution.
