About Noah I. Kane

Noah Kane

Noah Kane joined the Credit Report Law Group in 2022. Noah helps consumers vindicate their rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). If you have a real error on your credit report, Noah may be able to help you file a dispute and, if necessary, challenge the error in court.

In his nascent career, Noah has already helped Credit Report Law Group score victories for consumers.  Those victories have included corrections of credit report errors and substantial financial recoveries for clients. Noah enjoys representing individuals, regardless of their means and at no out-of-pocket cost, against major credit reporting agencies and large corporate creditors.

Before joining the Credit Report Law Group, Noah interned and clerked in Federal District Court, Federal Appellate Court, and New York State courts. Those experiences give Noah keen insights into the chess match of litigation as well as the potential mindset of the judges that hear consumer cases. Noah has also served as a court-appointed mediator, a skill that now helps the firm secure favorable results for its clients. Noah also has pro bono and volunteer experience for criminal justice and voter representation organizations.

For his academic achievements in law school, Noah was honored with membership in the prestigious Order of the Coif. His scholarship has been published in the Cardozo Law Review.
