About Noah I. Kane

Noah Kane

Noah Kane joined the Credit Report Law Group in 2022. Noah helps consumers vindicate their rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and other federal consumer statutes. If you have a real error on your credit report, Noah may be able to help you file a dispute and, if necessary, challenge the error in court. Noah also helps consumers hold banks accountable for unauthorized electronic funds transfers, including fraudulent debit and credit card charges.

Noah enjoys representing individuals, regardless of their means and at no out-of-pocket cost, against major credit reporting agencies, banks, and other large corporate creditors. Noah has helped Credit Report Law Group score victories for consumers, including corrections of credit report errors, reversals of fraudulent charges, and substantial financial recoveries for clients.

Before joining the Credit Report Law Group, Noah interned and clerked in Federal District Court, Federal Appellate Court, and New York State courts. Those experiences give Noah keen insights into the chess match of litigation as well as the potential mindset of the judges that hear consumer cases. Noah has also served as a court-appointed mediator, a skill that now helps the firm secure favorable results for its clients. Noah also has pro bono experience supporting criminal justice, supportive housing, and religious causes.

For his academic achievements in law school, Noah was honored with membership in the prestigious Order of the Coif. His scholarship has been published in the Cardozo Law Review and cited by leading legal scholars and professors.
